Established over 15 years ago Chablis and Salmon has become the premium supplier of fine wine and gourmet foods to the yachting community in Palma and other major ports in Mallorca and the Balearics.

We also cater for the day to day needs of our crews and their guests providing an extensive range of basic food stuffs, drinks, ingredients and culinary products to suit all requirements and tastes.

We source only from the highest quality suppliers and can guarantee excellent value for money. Currently under new ownership Chablis and Salmon is working on a more personal level with the yachts and their crew to create a working partnership where your time and priorities become our own.
