Peter Whitehead

Owner and manager. Having run a successful business for over 30 years in the UK, his love of Mallorca and the finer things in life (particularly food and wine) meant that he leapt at the opportunity to become involved in Chablis and Salmon. His objectives are to build the reputation of the business, and consolidate its position as a leader in provisioning the yachts and villas of the island by a process of continuous improvement, listening to customers and shaping the service around their needs.

Roxane Auger

Roxane is French and an expert in all things related to wine, with degrees in International Business and Wine Business. Fluent in Spanish, she used to work as shop manager in Malvasia in Palma, a well known restaurant and wine shop with Joan Olives. It is hard to think of anyone more qualified to source the wines you need or provide advice or suggestions for you to try.
