1. Use the links on the left to view our provisioning and wines.

2. Enter the quantity of each item into the boxes in the right-hand column and press the 'ADD' button to add to your selection.

3. If the specific item you require is not listed, simply fill in the 'REQUEST' box at the bottom of any list page and your requested item will be added to your selection.

4. Repeat the process until you are happy with your selection. You can amend quantities or delete whole items at any time on the Place An Order or Enquiry page.

5. Once you are happy with your selection, go to the Place An Order or Enquiry page, enter your e-mail address, contact details and delivery preferences.

6. Just before you press the 'SUBMIT' button, you can choose between placing a 'firm order' or requesting us to call you back to discuss your enquiry.

7. Once submitted, your order will be sent to our server, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will contact you shortly afterwards by phone / e-mail to confirm delivery and order details.

When we deliver your order we will also provide you with an itemised invoice showing the net price plus IVA (VAT) due to be paid. Please note that there are different rates for foodstuffs –( 8%) and non-foodstuffs and alcohol –(18%).

The IVA is a government tax that we have to pay and is charged to us by our suppliers. We cannot waive this tax irrespective of the domicile of the purchaser.

Payment is due on delivery of your order. If paid by cash please obtain a receipted invoice from our representative. Payment may also be made by credit card. For clients who have made arrangements in advance, payments may also be made by bank transfer.

Should any product we supply be defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement.



When you place your first order, you will be asked to enter a password to save your details for future use.

Next time you return to the website, you can visit the Place An Order or Enquiry page and enter your e-mail address and password in the 'RETURNING CUSTOMER' box. This will then give you the option to fill your selection from your previous order and fill your contact details from your previous order.
